I have a small weakness for bread.
That is a complete lie. It is by far my favorite food (other than Blake’s JanJan’s pound cake)!
And this honey beer bread is divine.
It was so easy, I could make it every day and be a very happy girl.
What You Need:
3 cups of all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp honey (can use agave nectar)
1 12-oz bottle or can of beer
2 Tbsp butter, melted
How To Do It:
Preheat oven to 350*F. Grease a loaf pan. Combine all of the dry ingredients, add in the honey and beer. Put half of the melted butter in the bottom of the loaf pan. Pour in the batter and top with the remaining butter. Bake about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Serve warm.
