Spaghetti and Meat-a-balls

Sorry for the crickets over here lately. Life got weirdly busy.

But look!  A new (ish) recipe!

You’ve already seen my spaghetti sauce recipe.  And a recipe for meatloaf meatballs.  But this is so much better.  Especially because it is quite possibly the easiest recipe ever! 

What You Need:

1 cup Italian bread crumbs

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

1 lb ground beef

1 egg

a little water

How You Do It:

Mix all of your ingredients in a large bowl.  Shape into 1-2″ meatballs.  Bake at 350*F for about 30 minutes.  Meanwhile, make your spaghetti noodles and sauce.
